South Wales – Development Loan
The client required a development loan facility in order to redeem an existing bridge that was taken, while the client achieved full planning permission for the conversion of a residential house into 4 x apartments.
We were successful in securing the funding required to redeem the existing bridge and provide 100% of the conversion / development monies to assist with this project. The lender sourced on this project was local to the security location which furthermore enabled a speedy transaction to completion.
