North West (Macclesfield) – Development Exit Bridging Loan
The completion of this ‘Commercial to Residential’ 6 Apartment conversion project required finance that would enable the redemption of the existing development facility and allow for a marketing and sales period.
Development Money were successful in securing new terms that redeemed the existing loan, allowed a 12 month term to dispose the assets and all at a favourable interest rate than the existing development facility.
