East Anglia – Development Exit
Our client had recently completed the build of 2 x Executive Detached Homes and was coming to the end of his Development Finance facility.
We were successful in assisting the client the redemption of the existing development facility at around half the interest he was paying his Development Finance lender with a new facility called a ‘development exit’ product.
This product allows the client time to market and sell their properties within a set period term. Furthermore on this case we also gave the client some working capital on completion to assist with further projects.
